TUNA-STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES 
36 med. size cherry tomatoes
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. minced green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
Garnish: parsley

Cut top off each tomato; scoop out pulp, reserving for other uses. Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Combine tuna and next 5 ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoon tuna mixture into each cherry tomato. Garnish, if desired. Yield: 3 dozen.
