ORANGE CUSTARD PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate (don't dilute)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut, toasted
9 or 10 inch unbaked pie crust
Whipped cream

Mix together sugar, butter, flour and salt. Add egg yolks, vanilla and orange juice concentrate and mix well. Add milk and combine thoroughly. Pour into 9 or 10 inch unbaked pie crust, bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until custard is set. When cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
