1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco
3/4 c. water or apricot juice

Mix well and pour in 9x12 inch pan. Cook 55 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, make glaze, stir frequently. Pour over baked cake, put back in warm oven until it sets.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. Crisco oil
