SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. milk Beat until blended. Pour into greased casserole. TOPPING: 1 c. dark brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. butter Mix nuts in flour. Add sugar and butter. Place on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. |
