GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef, browned with 1 med. onion and drained
2 med. onions, diced
2 cans Ortega mild green chili salsa
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Flour tortillas
Season to taste

Brown beef and onion and drain. Using same pan brown 2 medium onions then add soup, chili, salsa and 1 cup cheese. Add beef back into pan with new mix. Let simmer while you prepare dish. Spray casserole with Pam and line with 1 layer flour tortillas. Alternate beef mix and flour tortillas until all mix is used. Top with last of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
