GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
3-4 oz. cans whole green chilies
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (more if needed)
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. whole milk or cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Split chili and remove seeds, drain.

3. Beat together eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk.

4. Grease a 9 inch square pyrex baking dish.

5. Layer chilis and cheese until gone (can use more cheese if desired).

6. Pour egg mixture over chili and cheese.

7. Bake for 30 minutes.

Chilis can be stuffed with grated cheese, if desired. Then follow recipe as directed.
