BARB Z'S SKILLET CARROTS 
12 med. size carrots
2 bouillon cubes
1 c. water
3 onions, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3/4 c. water
Pinch of sugar

Slice carrots 3" long. Put in electric skillet. Add bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup water and cook, covered for 10 minutes on High setting. Saute onions in butter, add to carrots along with mixture of 3/4 cup water, flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook 15 more minutes.

NOTE: Number of carrots and onions depends on number of people you want to serve.
