CARROT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water, and cinnamon. Mix with mixer until well blended. Put in nuts and carrots. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool, then frost.
