ANGEL FOOD CAKE DELIGHT 
1 angel food cake
1 can blueberry pie filling (or other fruit or pie filling of your choice)
1 box lemon pudding, cook as directed on pkg.
1 sm. container whipped cream (or more, if desired)
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 sm. jar cherries
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Cut or break cake in chunks. In a large bowl, layer cake chunks, pie filling, lemon pudding, whipped cream, pineapple, cherries and a little pecans. Layer until all ingredients used up with cherries and pecans on top for garnish. Refrigerate overnight and serve when all flavors are blended. Yield: 12 servings.
