ANGEL FOOD CAKE DESSERT 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. fruit (crushed pineapple or strawberries)
1 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
1 angel food cake

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour in boiling water. Add sugar and fruit. Let stand until slightly jelled. Fold Cool Whip into Jello mixture. Pour over cake that has been broken in pieces. Refrigerate.
