ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 c. sliced round zucchini
1 1/2 c. saltines, crushed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes until brown in a 300 degree oven.
