ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can green asparagus tips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs, hard boiled and cubed
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
12 saltine crackers, toasted and crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk

Butter casserole and place a layer of cracker crumbs on bottom. Add grated cheese, cubed eggs, asparagus and some soup. Repeat layers dotting the top of each layer with black pepper and salt. Sprinkle top layer with crumbs and add milk to moisten. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes until top crumbs are light brown.
