MUSTARD MARINADE 
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 lamb chops

Combine all ingredients except lamb. Marinate and chill for 2 plus hours. Reserve excess marinade. Bake at 350 degrees until pink inside (10 to 15 minutes). Baste with extra marinade half way through. Tastes better grilled outside.
