ALMOND COFFEE 
1 c. ground coffee (not instant coffee)
1/2 c. coarse ground almonds
1 whole vanilla bean, minced
1 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients. 1 1/2 times the normal strength. Use with 2 weeks. Makes about 16 cups brewed coffee.
