MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Marshmallows

Line 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil. Set aside.

Put the butter into a 2 1/2 quart microwave bowl. Cook uncovered on high for 60 seconds or until butter is melted. Add sugar and milk; stir until well combined. Cook uncovered on high 9 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Remove bowl from oven. Add marshmallow, chocolate pieces, nuts and vanilla. Stir until blended. Put in pan.
