PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 table spoon flour
3 c. pumpkin (cooked)
2 cans (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 unbaked pie shells (9) inch

Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl; stir in pumpkin, spice, salt, and flour. Then gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour into pie shells.

Bake 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce temperature to 350 and continue to bake for 40-50 minutes longer.
