STUFFED CUPCAKES 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Make cake mix according to package directions and pour into 24 muffin holes lined with cupcake papers. Mix filling ingredients, except chips, until creamy and smooth. Stir in chips and put 1 teaspoon of mixture into center of batter of each muffin hole. Bake according to package directions. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine first 4 ingredients, adding milk in small amounts, until smooth and spreading consistency. Spread on cupcakes. Melt chocolate chips in microwave and drizzle over tops of each cupcake for glaze.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
