PICKLED OKRA 
6 pts. okra

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Clove garlic
Alum (pinch)

Heat 1 quart water and 1 pint vinegar apple cider. Boil and pour over seal, process 5 minutes in bath. Takes 6 weeks to process. You can add 1/2 cup salt to vinegar and water instead of 1/2 teaspoon to jars.
