1/3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate bits

Melt together milk and butter. Add sugar; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; beat in chocolate bits. Stir until completely melted. Put hot icing on cool cake. You can sprinkle with nuts if desired.
