FRENCH PEACH FREEZER ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
Milk
2 c. mashed peaches
1/2 c. sugar

Beat eggs until frothy. Add 2 cups sugar. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Combine 1/2 cup sugar with mashed peaches (peaches must be very ripe). Add to mixture. Add enough regular milk to fill freezer 1 inch from top. Freeze according to freezer directions. Yields 1 gallon.
