GERMAN STYLE SLAW 
1 med. size cabbage
1 lg. onion
1 or 2 green peppers
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Chop first 3 ingredients; salt and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients; boil 5 minutes. Cool slightly and pour over cabbage mixture. Good with fish. Will keep several days.
