SWEET POTATO BALLS 
1 (2 1/2 size) can sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted
12 lg. marshmallows
Corn flakes, crushed

Drain sweet potatoes; mash. Add sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter; mix well. Take a small handful and roll it around a marshmallow. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Repeat until all potatoes are gone. Place in baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
