HONEYED SWEET POTATO BALLS 
2 can (18 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained & mashed
1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 c. slightly crushed corn or wheat flake cereal

In large bowl combine potatoes, marshmallows, 1 tablespoon melted butter, salt and pepper. Form into 10 balls. Warm honey and 1 tablespoon melted butter.

Using 2 forks roll each ball first in honey mixture, then in cereal, coating thoroughly. Arrange in baking dish. Spoon remaining 2 tablespoons butter (whichever one you used) over sweet potato balls. Bake 15 minutes until warm through.
