SWEDISH NUT BALLS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 3/4 to 2 c. cake flour
1 c. finely ground nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and powdered sugar, add flour (sifted five times). Add ground nuts to mixture and vanilla.

Wrap tightly in waxed paper and chill for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Roll into balls size of large walnut. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Roll in sifted powdered sugar while still warm. Roll a second time after cooling.
