STUFFED CARROTS 
6 carrots
2 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
mayonnaise
buttered toast
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Peel and cook carrots until tender. Make ridge on top. Scoop out center. Place centers in bowl and mash smooth. Add grated cheese, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and enough mayonnaise to make a paste. Fill ridge in carrot. Place in baking dish. Grate butter toast over carrots.

Bake in hot oven just long enough to brown.
