BAR-B-QUE STEW BEEF 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. stew beef
1 med. onion

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 drop Tabasco

Brown beef with onion. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender. Let cool slightly and shred.

Mix all sauce ingredients together and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Then add meat to sauce and cook a few minutes longer.

Cut pita bread in half and fill or serve on buns. 8-10 servings.
