IN-DOOR BAR-B-QUE 
Beef brisket or London Broil roast
1/2 c. liquid smoke flavoring
1 c. Kraft plain bar-b-que sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Wash roast and place in foil lined baking dish. Pour over roast: liquid smoke, bar-b-que sauce and a generous sprinkle of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Wrap in foil and bake at 300 degrees for approximately 3 hours. When done, pour off drippings and refrigerate. While the drippings are cooling, chop or slice the roast. Skim the fat off the top of the drippings and discard the fat.

Add 1 cup bar-b-que sauce to the remaining drippings. Reheat and pour over meat. Stir well. Serve on buns with slaw, chips and pickles may be added to complete the meal.
