SNICKER BAR CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
30 Kraft caramels (brown)
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Mix cake mix according to directions on cake mix package. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9"x13" pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes at temperature indicated on cake package box. Melt caramels, butter and milk and melt over double boiler. Pour evenly over baked cake. Spread chocolate chips over caramel topping and then sprinkle with nuts. Spread remaining batter over all this and bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Check with toothpick to see if it comes out dry.
