CURRIED FRUIT AND RICE SALAD 
Low Sodium. Makes 6 servings.

2 c. cooked rice, chilled
1 orange, sliced and quartered
1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp. curry powder, or to taste
Zest and juice from 1 lime
1 Dole Banana, peeled, sliced

Combine rice, orange and grapes. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, curry, lime zest and juice; stir dressing into salad. Fold in banana just before serving.
