POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding 4 lg. eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. almond or vanilla 1/4 c. poppy seeds Combine cake and pudding mixes in a large bowl. Add other ingredients and beat until well blended, 3-5 minutes. Bake in a well-buttered bundt pan. Remove from oven when cake is slightly under done. It will finish baking in pan as it cools. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze. |
