PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
Ritz or Townhouse crackers

Drain 1/2 of pineapple juice from can. Pour pineapple in mixing bowl. Mix sugar and flour separately then toss together in pineapple. Put in cheese and toss again. Melt butter in 8 x 8 inch dish. Pour in pineapple mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.

Bake 10 minutes more. Serve warm or cold. (Best right out of the oven!)
