PINEAPPLE LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. (6 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7 UP
3 bananas, sliced
1 can (13 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add 7 UP. Mix bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Let set until jelled.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 pt. whipped topping

Mix sugar, flour, egg, butter and pineapple juice and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cool and fold in whipped topping or 1 packet of Dream Whip made according to directions. Spread topping on jelled salad and store in refrigerator.
