TUNA LOAF 
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. American cheese, diced
4 tbsp. butter

When cheese melts, remove from heat.

Mix in:

1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 sm. can tuna fish
3 tbsp. family chopped onion

Mix in:

Pinch pepper
Pinch salt

Fold in:

2 lightly beaten eggs
2 c. cooked and drained elbow macaroni

(3/4 cup dry macaroni equals 2 cups cooked). Bake in a 350 degree oven in greased Pyrex or metal loaf pan until brown, approximately 1 hour.
