1 stick butter
1 egg
1 box butter cake mix
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Mix the first 3 ingredients and press in 13x9 greased pan. Then mix the next three ingredients separately by stirring well with the spoon. Then mix well with the mixer on low. Then pour over the first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
