2 lbs. Creamettes (boil & cold rinse)
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 carrots, grated
1 bunch green onions & tops
1 c. sugar
2 c. pickle relish
3 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

After boiling Creamettes and rinsing in cold water add remaining ingredients above, mixing well after each ingredient added. This makes quite a lot of salad, good for a large gathering. I normally cut the recipe in half.
