CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. apple, chopped
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. ground ginger

Heat cranberries, water and sugar to boiling in 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 7 cups.
