REGGAE REVENGE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1 1/4 c. hot brewed tea
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
3 c. dry sherry
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. dark rum
1/2 c. brandy
Block of ice
1 750-ml chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine
Orange slices
Lime slices

Mix sugar and lime peel in large bowl, mashing lime with back of spoon. Add tea, orange juice and lime juice and mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled.

Add sherry, rum and brandy. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.) Place ice in large bowl. Pour punch over. Add Champagne and stir to combine. Add orange and lime slices. Ladle into punch cups and serve.
