GLAZED POPCORN 
1 1/3 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
3 batches of popcorn - 8 qt. pan
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 10-15 minutes between soft and hard boil on thermometer. Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Note: 1 cup brown sugar may be used with 1/3 cup white sugar for a light caramel flavor.
