THYME PORK CHOPS WITH STUFFING 
2 tbsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
4 thin pork chops (5 oz.)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. water
1 pkg. (6 1/2 oz.) 15 minute stuffing mix for pork
1 3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. golden raisins

1. Press the thyme into both sides of chops.

2. Saute the chops in the oil in a large skillet for 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Add the water, cover and lower the heat; cook for 25-30 minutes or until the chops are tender.

3. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing mix according to the package, substituting apple juice for water and adding celery and raisins. Keep warm.

4. To serve arrange the pork chops on a platter with stuffing.
