SCANDINAVIAN MEAT BALLS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. lean ground pork
1 egg, unbeaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (or Pepperidge Farm stuffing)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. each nutmeg & allspice

Have meat ground fine. Place in large bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes, then shape into small balls. Chill until firm. You can either fry meat balls in skillet or bake in hot 450 degrees until browned and almost done. You can either put in crock pot in spaghetti sauce or a gravy sauce or a sour cream sauce.
