1 c. chopped nuts 1 lb. butter 6 (1.05 oz.) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Candy Bars 2 c. sugar Spread nuts in greased 13x9 inch pan (larger pan if thinner toffee is desired). Cook butter and sugar on medium heat until color of peanut butter. Spread immediately on chopped nuts and then place candy pieces over top and spread when melted. It's better to cook a little longer than not enough. It has to be peanut butter colored. |
