SCALLOPED SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft buttered bread cubes

Combine all except bread. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Paprika can be sprinkled on top for garnish.
