BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 boned chicken breasts, halved
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 1/4 c. melted butter
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp. dijon mustard

Melt butter, garlic and mustard; cool. Dip chicken in butter sauce, then roll in crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
