BREAD STICKS 
1 pkg. yeast
2-2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 tbsp. olive oil

Mix water and yeast with a fork. Combine oils, sugar, salt and mix thoroughly with yeast. Add flour and knead about 5 minutes. Let rise until double; punch down and divide into fourths.

Make sticks and let raise 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn pans and bake another 5 minutes. Open door and let the bread sticks cool inside of oven.
