POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. onion flakes (or fresh onion)
1 stick butter
1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing (or equivalent)

Mix first 6 ingredients together; cover with Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered.
