CHOCOLATE SAUERKRAUT CAKE | |
2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. butter 3 eggs 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cocoa 1 c. water 1/2 c. sauerkraut, chopped and drained Sift together flour, soda and powder; set aside. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Add vanilla, salt and cocoa. Mix well. Add flour mixture and water alternately. Add sauerkraut. Bake in greased and floured pan. 8 inch square pan, 375 degrees, 45 minutes. 13x9x2 inch pan, 375 degrees, 35 minutes. |
