CREPES-FRYING PAN SIZE 
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Mix in order given, then beat (lumps don't matter, can use electric mixer). Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into greased fry pan. Fry until brown, high temperature, and turn over with knife or pancake turner. Makes about 5 pan size crepes. Add any filling. Recipe may be doubled.
