SALMON WITH DIJON SAUCE 
2 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
1/4 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dry dill weed

Combine sour cream, mustard, dill weed, lemon juice and garlic. Mix well. Brush salmon with melted butter. Grill or broil salmon steaks as desired. Generously add Grey Poupon Dijon sauce to give salmon steak new meaning.
