CRISP ONION - ROASTED POTATOES | |
1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 lbs. potatoes, quartered In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, 60 minutes until tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley. |
