CRUDITES WITH SPINACH DIP 
2 c. low - fat mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with an assortment of carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, cauliflower and broccoli flowerets, cherry tomatoes, and other fresh vegetables. Makes about 4 cups.
